CANCELLATION POLICY
At CryoChill Spa, we value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24+ hours before your appointment will not be charged. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. * No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from making your appointment.
